Step right up – the Carnival is coming to Oakridge!
This Year, we’re taking fair food to a whole new level. Join us for Steinbach Burger Days and get a taste of our fabulously over the top, carnival inspired creation, pack with unexpected sweet, savoury and crisp flavours.
An all-beef patty, battered carnival-crisp fried pickle slices, our secret spicy hot mustard mayo, lettuce, tomato & red onion. Then things take a turn for the fairground: a golden funnel cake topped with fresh apple slices and caramel drizzle, a circus of sweet, salty, crispy and savoury.
The bun? No bun at all.
For the grand finale, we’ve swapped it for a crispy, golden, waffle-pressed French fry and cheese bun, made right here in-house. No trip to the midway is complete without a little something sweet, we’re finishing this performance with a fluffy cloud of cotton candy for the big top.
Served with a side of popcorn – it’s carnival food, Oakridge style.
