We are excited to launch our new Trees & Shrubs Catalogue featuring some of our favourite varieties of deciduous trees, ornamental shrubs, evergreens and conifers, fruit trees, vines and climbers and hardy roses. Submit Order via Phone

  1. Click the button to open the Trees & Shrubs Order Form below.
  2. Download the order form to your computer by selecting “Download”, or print the order form by selecting “Print”.
  3. Fill out the order form either on your computer or if you printed it out, by hand.
  4. To submit your completed order, call us at (204) 326-1015.

Submit Order via Email

  1. Click the button to open the Trees & Shrubs Order Form below.
  2. Download the order form to your computer by selecting “Download”. Do not begin filling out the order form in your Internet browser as the data will not save.
  3. Open the downloaded file on your computer in a PDF Viewer (ie. Adobe Reader, Acrobat, Viewer). Not sure where it saved? Check for a folder called “Downloads” on your computer. This is the most common spot.
  4. Fill in your order info and save when complete by selecting “Save” or “Save As” in your PDF Viewer.
  5. Open your email. Create a new mail message to and attach your order to the message. Press “Send” to submit and someone from our team will be in touch to get your payment details.
  6. We will contact you by email or phone within 1 business day of receiving your order to confirm receipt.

What do I do if I’m having troubles downloading or submitting my order?
That’s okay! Give us a call at (204) 326-1015 and we’ll help you put together your order.

How does payment work?
Once we receive your order, someone from our team will be in touch to confirm and get your payment details. Please note we are currently accepting payment by VISA and Mastercard. If you need to pay with Debit or Cash, please indicate that on your order form.

How do I get my order?
You can use our free curbside pickup service, or provide us with your address and we will provide you with a quote for delivery.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us by phone or email by 6pm on the Monday prior to your pick-up/delivery date (ie. if your date is July 9th, you have until Monday, July 6th at 6pm to notify us of any changes).

How does order fulfillment work?
Please note all products are subject to availability. We will contact you the day before your pick-up/delivery date to finalize your order and put through payment. Due to the sensitive nature of dealing with live product, we can only guarantee your order will be fulfilled exactly as specified on your form the day before pick-up/delivery. Should any product be unavailable we will let you know what it is, and possible substitutions. Please know it is our goal to supply you with your exact order and we will only make substitutions with your approval.
